Mentoring

Mentoring is a supportive, compassionate relationship where you can explore your experience with guidance, reflection, and presence.

I offer one-to-one mentoring sessions for anyone seeking calm, emotional balance, spiritual direction, or a more meaningful way of living.

Sessions are one hour, offered online in English and Spanish.
