Meditation
Meditation is a method to make the mind familiar with positive states and more realistic ways of seeing things.
Is an essential tool in transforming the mind from unpleasant attitudes and patterns,
leading to inner-happiness, clarity and mental stability.
It is not to escape the world, but to engage with it more wisely.
Meditation opens to you the world of your mind. As you discover about its nature and its way of functioning, you will come to realise that the mind through which you engage the world is the determinant of what you will experience.
Your mind determines whether you will experience happiness or suffering from the events of your life. By way of mind, the circumstances of your personal reality are created, and because meditation directly addresses mind, it is the key to creating a reality that is happier, healthier, more peaceful and satisfying.
